Let’s get to know each other. I’ll go first.

I’m a passionate person. Often, when I meet with friends and colleagues and engage them in conversation around all the fascinating new technologies that are right around the corner, I get, “Well! You certainly seem knowledgeable about X topic, and dedicated to getting the word out to others!” With this passion and feedback as a guide, I’ve created this consulting service to give others a leg up on their projects with the latest and greatest tech and information available.

My roots are corporate and structured. After graduating with a business degree from Santa Clara University, I was accepted into the prestigious Wells Fargo financial analyst training program, and subsequently graduated from their Credit Management Training Program (CMTP). This is where I saw first hand the connection between financing local businesses and the health of the surrounding community.

In the 15 years I learned and grew and rose up the ranks at Wells Fargo, I met amazing mentors, leaders, and close friends, many of whom I’m proud to still have in my network today.

Then my husband, two boys, and dog decided to switch coasts! I had always wanted to experience the east coast, and we settled in the Boston area where my husband’s family was from. To build my network, I joined a networking group in the startup community called Startup Institute. Such a great decision! Of the 50+ members in my cohort, I’ve watched these talented individuals expand and grow the startup community, many rising to senior ranks, founding teams, and starting their own businesses.

With these connections, I was fortunate enough to be introduced to the leadership team at Eastern Labs (Eastern Bank’s fintech incubator at the time) and shortly thereafter spin-out and co-found Numerated Growth Technologies. Through hard work, sheer determination, and some luck, over the next five years we built out our fintech to the the company it is today. I could not be more proud of the work we did to provide hundreds of financial institutions the ability to offer digital business loans to their local communities with speed and ease.

So what now? Well, I’m not sure if you see it too, but work environments are shifting. Digital tools are being used in dramatically different ways. I’m convinced that if we pay attention and implement the tools for the better, it will improve the work life integration we all have in the back of our minds. But in order to get there, we have to fearlessly test and try out the new and different. Let’s do it together!
